“Full Flex Office” – Vodafone abolishes compulsory attendance – Economy

Going forward, Vodafone Germany will leave it up to its employees to decide when to work from home, on the go or in the office. The “Full Flex Office” will start on October 1 without a fixed attendance rate at the office, the competitor of Deutsche Telekom announced on Tuesday. Each employee can also work in other EU countries for up to 20 days per year. For the home office, there is insurance, office equipment and health prevention coverage. The flexibilization of work accelerated sharply in the Corona crisis. The software giant SAP also gives its 100,000 employees the choice of where to work. Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank don’t go so far as to allow their employees to spend part of their working hours in the home office.
