Electromobility – customer experience when charging – economy

From the perspective of management consultancy PwC, electric car charging could be associated with compelling offers and “customer experiences” and become a separate business system. Car manufacturers and energy companies should be concerned about the half-hour charge time. It would make sense to “set up city centers with new ideas for everything charging,” said Felix Kuhnert, sector expert at PwC. The store could establish itself with other offerings such as a new business model, “if it is innovative and from the customer’s point of view,” Kuhnert explains. Today, street charging is often hardly profitable for charging station operators.
