“Bright apartment in the heart of Binz. Close to the beach promenade. Terrace, garden, beach chair, parking space.” For example, a 68 square meter vacation property is offered for sale on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. An equipped kitchen, a double bed in the bedroom, a fold-away bed in the living room, the house coin-operated washing machine and dryer as well as a safe are also included. And “good profitability” is also touted. All of this has its price. According to the announcement on the Internet platform Immowelt, the apartment will cost 465,000 euros – at no additional cost.
