Transport, logistics, bottlenecks in global deliveries, these are the major issues currently driving German industry and slowing the economy. Amazon also has a problem with the supply chain. At the world’s largest mail-order company, the problem is different, well, stored, than most others. Some complain about gaps in the shelves. Deliveries from China, for example, are delayed. Amazon, on the other hand, has a different burden: overcrowded warehouses. The retailer is bursting at the seams and reaching the limits of its capacity. The flow of goods is shifted.
